Fourteen days to change your mind

If you are not glad you paid, tell us within fourteen days of the payment and we will refund it in full. You do not have to explain why, and we will not ask you to justify it or offer you three alternatives first.

Write to Support">Support from any address, or from the address you gave us if you gave us one, and say you want the payment back. We will send it back to the card it came from, and it takes as long as your bank takes — usually a few days.

This applies to monthly and yearly payments alike, and to renewals as well as to the first payment.

If you live in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, this is also your statutory right of withdrawal, and it is yours whether or not we choose to offer it. We choose to offer it to everybody, everywhere, on the same terms — a right that depends on your address is a strange kind of right.

Cancelling, at any time

The button is on your account page. One press stops the plan renewing. No form, no reason, no conversation with anyone.

You keep everything until the day you paid through. Cancelling on the second day of a month does not switch anything off on the second day — the plan runs to the end of the period, because you paid for that period and it is yours.

Nothing is charged again after that. If you change your mind before the date arrives, the same page will start the plan again as though nothing happened.

After a plan ends you keep your account, your conversations and anything you bought separately. The chat carries on as the free chat, which is where most people were before and is not a punishment.

After fourteen days

A period already paid for is not refunded. It is also not taken away: you keep the plan until the day it runs to.

This is the ordinary arrangement, and we would rather say it plainly than bury it. The reason is simple — a month of a plan is a month of machines running, and those were rented and paid for whether the month was used or not.

🔑 That said, if something went genuinely wrong — the service was broken, you were billed twice, a plan was charged after you cancelled — that is not a refund question, it is a mistake, and mistakes get fixed regardless of how many days have passed. Write to us.

Yearly plans

A yearly plan is twelve months for the price of ten. The same fourteen days apply, from the day of the payment.

After that it behaves like any other plan: you can stop it whenever you like, it does not renew, and it runs to the end of the year you paid for. There is no part-year refund — the discount is the trade for paying up front.

Changing between plans

Moving up takes effect at once, and you pay only the difference: the days you have not used on the cheaper plan are credited against the more expensive one, and you are shown the exact amount before you agree to it.

Moving down waits. You keep the plan you are on until the period you paid for ends, and the smaller charge starts after that. Nothing is taken away early and nothing is refunded, because nothing was lost.

Credits

Credits are a separate thing from a plan, and the same fourteen days apply to a credit purchase.

Credits already spent cannot be refunded, for the reason you would expect: the thing they were spent on already happened. Unspent credits stay on your account and do not expire.

If you paid in crypto

Fourteen days, counted from the day the period you paid for begins. For most people that is the day they paid. If you bought time on top of a period you already had — topping up before a month ran out, or paying in coin while a cancelled card still had days left on it — then it is the day the new period starts, which is later and leaves you longer, not shorter.

We refund in USDT on the TRON network (TRC20). You get back the number of USDT you paid, and we cover the network fee ourselves. If you paid in USDC on Base, the same amount comes back as USDT on TRON — both are dollar stablecoins, so the figure does not change and you are not short-changed by the crossing. We do not turn a crypto payment into a card refund.

Write to Support">Support with a USDT (TRC20) wallet address, and check it twice before you send it. It must be a TRON address — not the Base address you may have paid from. Copy and paste it rather than typing it out.

🔑 We will not simply send it back where it came from, and that is deliberate rather than awkward. A great many people pay from an exchange, and an exchange deposit address is not personally yours — it is shared, and it credits only the account it was issued for, at the time it was issued. Money returned to one of those addresses is usually gone for good. So we ask for an address you control and can name in writing, and we would rather ask twice than get this wrong once.

The same finality is why we ask you to check it. A transfer that has left cannot be called back — not by us, not by the network, not by anyone. If the address is wrong the money is gone, and we will not be able to send it a second time.

A person does this by hand, because we keep no wallet keys on the server — which is also why your money is not sitting there waiting for whoever breaks into it. Allow a few working days, and write to us again if it takes longer than that.

If you would rather have it as credit on your account, say so and we will do that instead. It is quicker, credits do not expire, and there is no address to get wrong. But it is offered, not imposed: if you want the money back in your wallet, that is what happens.

If a payment fails

A renewal that does not go through is retried a few times over several days before anything changes. We do not cut a plan off on the first declined card — a card expires, a bank blocks something, and none of that means somebody stopped wanting the service.

If it still does not go through, the plan ends and the chat carries on as the free chat. Nothing is deleted.

Disputes

If you are considering asking your bank to reverse a charge, please write to us first. Not to talk you out of it — if the refund is owed you will have it — but because a bank dispute takes weeks, and an email takes an afternoon.

We would rather refund somebody who is unhappy than argue about it.
